Ensuring A Successful Closing

There are few things more enjoyable than saying to my clients, “Your offer was accepted!” That means that the seller has agreed to your offer, conditions have been arranged, the closing date is scheduled, and you’ll soon have the keys to your property.  After your offer is accepted, my work on getting you to the finish line continues. There are a myriad of things I do to ensure that your home buying process goes smoothly.  I handle the administrative details, work with the seller’s agent, inspectors, title company and your mortgage lender to ensure that all the necessary paperwork is completed and submitted, contingencies met and everything moves along properly.

I coordinate with you and all parties involved to ensure that conditions are satisfied and the transaction moves forward to the closing day.  I’ll provide recommended contractors, inspectors, movers, and any other needed professional from my network of reputable businesses. I clearly explain what to expect during the escrow process and give you advice as to how to prepare and also be there for you beyond closing day.  My goal is to make your home buying experience a rewarding success.
